The staffs assisted very well, their friendliness is over expectation. The room is clean and function very well. Located on 10 acres of gardens, Golfcourse Road Chalets and Lodge with lovely lake, mountain or golf course views. We liked everything. The beds were soft & comfortable, the bathroom is large & beautiful. The kitchenette has a washing machine, which was very useful. The location is quiet & close to town. We had a mountain view which was beautiful. The owners are very welcoming & lovely. My son enjoyed meeting Romeo the horse & feeding him.

Northwood Motor Lodge is a 4-star motel on the edge of Christchurch, only 8km from the airport. The motel offers modern, air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The owner was extremely helpful. For example, he picked us up at the airport with a free shuttle bus and took us to the lodge after stopping at a supermarket on the way to buy some things we needed.
